The Mangers of Service and Collision departments did a great job coordinating the completion of these 2 re-calls on the 2021 MachE. Ford made this process “very” difficult. Ford did not plan well or communicate what department would do the work. It took from September 2021 to April 2022 to coordinate and complete. I called Ford Customer service. They could not find the 2 re-calls in their data base. All they did was connect me with a dealer which I had completed on my own. Not impressive support for a very new EV! The main issue with this service center was how absolutely filthy my car was when I picked it up. It took me 2 weeks to get it cleaned up. This customer service is unacceptable! I would expect my car to be in the same condition as I left it. Plus the car sat outside and was never charged for 2 weeks. I can see this on my App. Please consider improvements in all aspects More

Terrible service! ! Broke the hub to my rim and it fell off on the drive home less than 5 mins away and lost. They then tried to tell me it was already broke, how rude! !
