I was told I would get a smoking hot deal and more than my trade in was worth. Little did I know the smoking hot deal was how much money left my wallet and the trade in value was not even consistant in the dealer price range. (well below $1000.00 dealer apraisal for vehicle) Just before leaving after signing this contract I noticed that the vehicle had hail damage, nothing was going to be said to me about that until I brought it up. Now I am still waiting for a call to schedule my vehicle for repair, with no consideration to the price I just paid I was told we will resolve this and return my call Saturday morning. That was 5 weeks ago and still no resolution or call although my salesman says he's with me to the end. The end was after the checks were cashed. I will however say that this does not apply to the service department, specially Adam who will take care of you and your vehicle with all the respect a customer deserves. He is a credit to the dealership. I think O'Meara VW needs to stick to Ford and whatever else they started with. Never had an issue with Lithia VW that was not resolved immediately. I was however hounded for the title of my trade in vehicle which seemed to be the only important matter they cared about. My salesman Travis can maybe state the name of the manager that passes out those smoking hot deals. Another note on unnamed manager was how long do you ignor a customer at the counter before they are more important than your conversation. More

Adam is my go to guy. I have had several Volkswagens and I have loved them all, but because I’m a used car guy, there have been issues at times. Not all problems are easily diagnosed and can be frustrating. Adam has always been great to work with. On my most recent visit I dropped my car off midday for for some recall work the next day. Emissions settlement Update Received notice from VW that the Adblue heater needed to be replaced due to issues. I have seen these issues since having the mandated changes made to my 2014 Passat TDI. Hopefully this returns it back to more normal operation--I will never get the same mileage as I used to, but that is the fault of the "tree huggers" not VW.
