I have been searching and test-driving vehicles for the last month and it has not been the best experience. That changed when I met Mark. He was great at finding out what my needs were in a vehicle. In at least 8 test drives with various dealers, he was the only one who took the time to go with me so we could get to know one another and more importantly determine exactly what I was looking for.
