Within a couple of days we received a nice Thank you card in the mail from Michael. We had just purchased a vehicle from Fort Wayne Toyota that was three times the value and had the WORST experience. Dealing with Michael was a breath of fresh air. He exceeded our expectations and was such a pleasure to work with as well as everyone we came in contact with at O’Daniel’s. Cam was great. Kept us in the loop about everything. Because we changed our mind and went with a new car, he got pushed aside and we would rather have dealt with hi Kept us in the loop about everything. The gentleman that got the commission didn't do to well. He got handed the sale and he could have done better. Cam was the one who had to make the hard calls and ask for more money because the dealership shredded our check by accident. He didn't get much of a commission and that's not right. The new car salesman hasn't even called us back about the problems with our NEW car that still need to be fixed! I have no doubt, Cam would have been on it and it would have been addressed by now. Between the financing goof up, delivering the new car with dirty windows, stone chip, and leaky window seal, the dealership has left a sour taste in my mouth. Cam was awesome and really cared about taking care of us. More
