They really do treat you like family here. Pat was absolutely wonderful and truly did the best he could to get me into the Jeep of my dreams at a payment we had budgeted for. Corey Harris at Odaniel CJDR was amazing. We had an issue at a different dealership connected to them and Corey was willing to jump in immediately and help. He absolutely went ABOVE and BEYON We had an issue at a different dealership connected to them and Corey was willing to jump in immediately and help. He absolutely went ABOVE and BEYOND for us to make sure we were able to purchase the vehicle (we spent 6 months looking for) in a way that made us comfortable. He was upfront about what was needed and expectations. He had gotten everything together for us so we were in and out in 2.5 hours. Because of both Corey and Andrea, the process was super simple and easy. They were respectful of our time and made sure everything was lined up, and everyone was on the same page the night before we drove up. We drove 5 hours round trip to buy this vehicle and would have absolutely no problem doing it again in the future. Andrea, in finance, was happy to sit with us for nearly an hour while we worked out what numbers worked for us. She was a great resource for us and explained everything completely. We had a lot of (unexpected) options and she was more than happy to explain every choice we could make. She also took ownership of the previous issue we had with their other dealership. While she had nothing to do with it, it was really reassuring. You won't regret buying a vehicle here! More
