Ed was beyond amazing. I can’t stress that enough. I went to O’Daniel for an appraisal..and only an appraisal. I left a few days later with a vehicle and an amazing experie I can’t stress that enough. I went to O’Daniel for an appraisal..and only an appraisal. I left a few days later with a vehicle and an amazing experience. I had originally planned to buy from CarMax. As a matter of fact, I even had the purchase agreement in hand to pass along to my bank! Ed reached out to me in an email on a vehicle he thought would catch my attention, and it sure did! He went above and beyond, working as hard as possible. I can’t thank him enough.
