I bought a used Jeep Commander, yes it's from 2009 with lots of miles on it, yes it was sold as-is without warranty. Looking the vehicle on the lot before my purchase I noticed there was some oil on the bo lots of miles on it, yes it was sold as-is without warranty. Looking the vehicle on the lot before my purchase I noticed there was some oil on the bottom of the motor. Pasquale DeVito assured us that his trusted mechanics looked it over and that it had just been a "loose oil filter". I bought the car trusting his word. I washed the car underbody twice in the car wash after the purchase to remove any old traces of oil. I haven't even put 200 miles on the Jeep, and it leaks like crazy, I can't find a gasket which isn't leaking oil. I wrote back to Pasquale to tell him what I discovered and to tell him I know the car was sold as-is, but either I was lied to or the mechanic didn't check thoroughly. His response was that he trusts his mechanics- I guess that only leaves the other option then. This is very sad, it surely lost my trust in O'Daniels. More
