I accompanied my dad to buy a new Pacifica. Jeff was helpful throughout, knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating (my severely disabled son was with us, too). He wasn't pushy. He didn't seem put off when helpful throughout, knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating (my severely disabled son was with us, too). He wasn't pushy. He didn't seem put off when I'd randomly ask questions about other vehicles. Jeff was very patient in showing and teaching us about the various electronic aspects of the high-tech van dad was considering. And he rolled with whatever adjustments, add-ons, and special considerations dad threw at him. With Jeff's help (and the help of the other folks who helped us complete the process) we had an overall great experience at O'Daniel! More

Mark Butler was very helpful but not in a “pushy” way. I was pretty specific about what I wanted and he found me a Jeep I loved in less than a week. Casey was also easy to work with regarding finances. was pretty specific about what I wanted and he found me a Jeep I loved in less than a week. Casey was also easy to work with regarding finances. My vehicle got totaled on Sunday, 12 days before my wedding, not what I needed, but mark helped me find the perfect truck to replace it and got the paperwork done quickly.
