Best dealership experience by far! I was going to be in the market for a Grand Cherokee in the coming months. I called into the O'Daniel and spoke to Bryce over the phone who was very polite and understanding of my situation (in the process of buying a house). He took down the specific features I was looking for and said he would keep me updated. Not even a week later we found the exact car that I was looking for with every single feature I wanted. Bryce took care of every request I had for the vehicle and I was in and out the door in less than 3 hours. While Bryce is new to sales, he was by no means pushy, very knowledgeable and did not try to upsell me.
