Above and beyond I do not even know where to begin with how amazing this dealership. From the sales to management to the financial team. Every step of the way they mad I do not even know where to begin with how amazing this dealership. From the sales to management to the financial team. Every step of the way they made the process feel really easy and i never once felt as if they were "just in it for the sale". I have bought a couple vehicles from them now and i have gotten my family that lives in ohio to drive all the way too because of the fantastic service. Great car buying experience! I recently graduated college and wanted to reward myself by getting a nice car. I was looking for a used car with low miles. Initially I went to a different dealership and had a terrible experience. The salesman would not even unlock the car that I was interested in; he told me to come back when I was more serious. I went back a few days later (hoping for a different salesman) and was disappointed to see that the car I wanted was currently being sold to someone else. Frustrated and discouraged, I went to O'Daniel to see some other options. I was greeted with a smile and immediately felt better. Mark was very tentative to my needs. He found many options for me in my price range and according to my preferences. He let me drive a few different cars until I found the one. I am so very pleased with my car buying experience. I got a great deal on my car; a practically new car for a used price. Mark even put gas in the car for me before we left! I am very thankful that I went to O'Daniel. Great price, great customer service, great experience overall! More

After Justin helped me pick the best car for me, he introduced to Andrea so I could finish my paperwork. Best Salesman I've worked with by far! I was referred to Jeff through several people. He went out of his way to help me get the right car and made sure that it was the right fit for me. I drove three of them before coming to the right one and he probably would have been okay to test drive many more with me until I found the one that fit. When I decided on the right one he explained in detail the great functions it has and made sure to give me his contact information in case things come up and I need anything else.
