I had previously visited several others in and out of the immediate area looking at pickups. I was in no hurry to buy a truck and was simply window shopping. I hadn't even made up my mind on a specific brand yet. I liked Ron's approach from the start. Felt comfort in his hand shake and introduction. Felt connected with Ron that I hadn't felt with others that I had met at the other dealership's I had visited. Never did I feel pressured to buy. I bought a truck when I did not anticipate doing so at the time. Ron Coen made the difference. If the need shall ever come for another Ford vehicle purchase I will definitely look for Ron first. Our sales tep was actually away from the New Haven IN location for the day getting a vehicle for another customer. The person that called about our initial visit said she would inquire with John as well as her manager regarding my question. Never heard from anyone until the next morning. Would have been nice to have had someone contact me explaining he was out that day and if there was any thing that they could do to assist me. Would have also been nice if the sales person had places an out of office message on his email. More

I shared with Phil that I was interested in looking at SUVs. Phil, with some help from Ryan Keebler, helped me determine which SUV would work for me. They were very helpful at making suggestions without being pushy or overbearing. Phil was very knowledgeable and very patient with all of my questions and concerns. I might also mention that I was there to look at vehicles not expecting to leave with one. It truly was a pleasant car buying experience. Also, I was able to trade-in my old car. I highly recommend Phil and Ryan in sales and my favorite people in the service department: Mike, Josh, Glen, and Rebekah. O’Daniel Ford is lucky to have all of you on their team! More
