The only drawback I had was that my car needed to have some work done on it after I paid for it, but before I could take it home. It seems to me that a vehicle should be ready when a person comes in. I am very impressed with Mike Pocci's knowledge and experience as well as his customer service skills. He let me drive the Edge home for the weekend and came in on his day off to exchange cars and ans experience as well as his customer service skills. This is by far the worst car buying experience!! I have owned my 2007 GMC Acadia for 4 months and in that 4 months have had to have a brand new transmission, brand new rear differential, new power stearing owned my 2007 GMC Acadia for 4 months and in that 4 months have had to have a brand new transmission, brand new rear differential, new power stearing bracket and pump and I also have a leak through the interior lights in the 3rd row seat as well as by the gas pedal on the driver side floorboard AND a leak in my air conditioning system. When I had the air conditioner recharged, I was told there was already dye in the system so someone knew there was an issue and it wasn't disclosed. I was supposedly allowed to speak with the previous owners prior to purchasing the vehicle and was told they never had a single problem with it. I doubt very highly that it was even the previous owner I spoke with. I was told the car was inspected before I purchased it and they didn't find anything wrong with it. I have a hard time believing that the front end, rear end, power stearing system as well as an air conditioning system and multiple leaks could have been overlooked. I have spoken with Tony and Jeff Odaniel looking for some assistance and or resolution and was told "at least you purchased the warranty." Jeff did offer to allow his service manager to look at the one leak and assured me it is a quick fix. I don't want the quick fix, I want the problem resolved correctly which I don't trust them to be able to do. Please, Please, Please, go elsewhere before you even think of purchasing a vehicle here. Had I not purchased the $1500+ warranty, I would be out over $6000+ in just under 4 months on top of the car payment. More
