Not very happy right now I just purchased a used Ford Taurus sho from this dealer. While test driving the car and thoroughly looking at features and such, the car was still di I just purchased a used Ford Taurus sho from this dealer. While test driving the car and thoroughly looking at features and such, the car was still dirty. Not just from being test driven, but nooks and crannies. The rear armrest when pulled down still had candy wrappers and crumbs to name a few things. We gave a list of things to be addressed before picking up the car. Three days later came to pick the car up and some things had been addressed but not all. There was what looks like chocolate smeared in the back window still. We had found a lock cylinder in the glove box and asked that the key with the car worked in the existing lock on the car. Nope, tried the key in the door and didn’t work and tried it in the cylinder from the glove box and it worked in that lock.. That was another thing not addressed. Yes this is a used car, but it’s new to me and I shouldn’t have to go home and clean it myself. Oh and the salesman told us that if we weren’t happy with the detail job to take it to our own detail shop. I was going to wait to write this review, but I’ve had two emails and a text to fill this out and after being very disappointed today I thought it was appropriate. I have always done business here and have been happy, but right now I am not. I will say that the service department has done a great job and have never had an issue. They say they will take care of these issues, but no one seems to care. More

They have a car for every customer, from sports cars to family SUVs but wh Myself and my family have been doing business with ODaniel Mazda for years. They have a car for every customer, from sports cars to family SUVs but what always brings me back is the great customer service you get whether it’s sales, service, or body shop. I’ve used all three and have always been very satisfied. I recently leased a new Mazda6 with help from Spencer Leatherman and others and it was quicker and more hassle-free than going to the grocery store, and don’t even ask me about Comcast! Some businesses just don’t understand the importance of customer service but ODaniel Mazda does. This is the first time that I have dealt with Spencer Leatherman but he was outstanding. My son had recently leased a Mazda5 from Spencer and suggested I go see him. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very responsive. More
