Smooth and simple Transaction… Russ was a great sales person to work with… He made our transaction go very smooth. It helped that Odaniels had a nice vehicle for sale that we wan Russ was a great sales person to work with… He made our transaction go very smooth. It helped that Odaniels had a nice vehicle for sale that we wanted. But Russ was very helpful in answering questions about the used vehicle we wanted to purchase and he even gave us some of the vehicle background information. There were a couple minor dings and things like that and the vehicle could use a little touch up paint and he offered that for free even after the sale was completed. He just seems like an overall nice guy and very personable and I trust Russ. I’ve been recommending him to others and I would definitely go back to him for my next vehicle. More

Our salesman, Sam, was very responsive from my first email expressing interest in the CX-5, setting up a test drive, allowing us to evaluate the SUV on our own, explaining the special features (and there are many), and finally helping us set up the many options once we had completed the purchase. The finance end of the deal was completed by Nick W and that process was very organized and thorough, with no pressure to purchase add-ons. We are looking forward to a long relationship with the O'Daniel/Mazda team in the future with the service and maintenance of our CX-5. More

We looked at several different new car manufacturers at dealerships all over northern Indiana and even into Michigan. The people at O’Daniel we’re very friendly and knowledgeable. When I picked up my new CX5 for delivery, they had it looking immaculate. Lots of pride in their product and customer service. They stayed late with us past closing time and we were never rushed. I will definitely recommend O’Daniel Mazda. More
