My car was older and the transmission would have cost more to replace than my car was worth so I had to buy a new car. Heinrich Higler is the gentlemen that helped me find my dream car. He asked me what was most important about the car I was looking for and I said reliable and safe (especially with children in the car). He guided me to a CX-5 Mazda. He educated me on all the features and I never felt like he was pushy. Car salesmen really have the image of pushy and out for the sale but I honestly felt like Heinrich was sincere and genuine with his responses to me. I am in a customer service role myself so when I take my potential business somewhere, if I don't receive the service I myself give, I will not do business with that company. Buying a car is stressful alone but when you have a salesman that is working to help you and not just his sales goals, it makes doing business and buying a car a lot easier. I worked with Heinrich and his Manager Todd Jacquay with working out a deal since I had a car to trade in. I also took my car to my mechanic before purchasing the car and he found minor things which were all taken care of part of the deal with my car purchase. Mazda's customer service was wonderful and if you are on the fence about where to buy your car because there are SO MANY dealerships in Fort Wayne, I would highly recommend you check them out and ask for Heinrich!! And also how much I trust the O'Daniel dealership to sell me a used car in great condition. In the Chicago area, there are a lot more used cars to choose from, but most are in terrible shape and the dealers don't miss a trick to suck more money out of your pocket. Heinrich went out of his way to make me comfortable in buying a used car from 200 miles away. When we went to finalize the deal, everybody at the dealership was nice, happy to be there and pleasant. Best of all, no surprise fees or add-ons when it came time to pay. An all together pleasant experience. When was the last time you could say that about a trip to a dealership? More

He was very friendly, knowledgeable, funny, and you could tel that he cared about his job and he cared to make sure you were happy and got whatever you wanted. I searched online and at local dealerships for several months and did not find a car that I liked at a reasonable price. Not finding what I was looking for, I decided to look at new vehicles and once again I selected Mazda. My wife and I both drive Mazdas (CX5 + CX9) sold to us by Russ Stanski.
