This is my 2nd purchase from Nick Sheets… There was an issue with the car that was not O'Daniel's fault, and they made it right. They went all out to make sure I was happy. We really appreciated Sam Moun. Even though, it took us an unusual amount of time to decided on the car, Sam was very kind and patient. The competition was way under the Blue Book Value. Also, O'Daniels was able to make the car as we needed it to be. Another very impressive thing that Sam did was that as soon as he knew the car we wanted, he gave us a very professional looking offer that showed the details we needed to know: the price of the new car, value of our used car, taxes and discounts, etc. Also a box on the offer showed how much payments would be, depending on the interest rate and duration of the loan.
