1. Junior Hammond was awesome to work with. He allowed me to drive the first Mazda 3 GT that had just been unloaded off the truck... this experience is what convinced me I wanted a Mazda 3. He followed up with me when the model/options vehicle arrived. His non pressure yet very informative personality was definitely not a "sales job". I would characterize it as a relational experience. He engaged my wife in the process, was personal, appropriately humorous and generally very knowledgeable and authentic. I was impressed with the teamwork between he and Todd (mgr) and George(finance mgr.) Junior also went above and beyond to personally detail our car since the service shop was already closed for the day (Saturday). He had even offered to come in on his day off to accommodate my busy schedule so that my wife and I could test drive our car. 2. Todd Jacquay did a great job of getting us the right numbers/deal to make the sale a "no-brainer" He also was low key, and very personal and pleasant to work with. 3. George Brothers kept us engaged with his humor and pleasantries during what could have been a grueling process of completing the morass of financial paperwork. He made sure that we fully understood each step of the process. 4. Sam Moun was kind enough to allow my wife and I test drive the car we bought the day before even though Junior was not working that day. I was concerned about maintaining the integrity of the sales/client relationship... his comment was..."we help each other out here". Obviously there is a strong core value of "team" and customer experience vs. transactional encounters and personal one-up-manship sales. 5. The CAR!!! I was driving a 1997 Mazda B2300 pick up as my main vehicle, more than 600 miles per week the past 2 years... This Mazda 3 is off the charts in my book! Awesome power / tech / looks /comfort... it epitomizes the "zoom zoom zoom" ! Junior and the car was the key to this experience! My wife has a tiny car now and Sam let us take the CX-5 out and practice parking it (empty lot) for over an hour. That made my wife feel very comfortable with the giant, by comparison, CX-5. Sam never once said "What can we do to get you into this car today" or any other sales gimmick. He let us come to the decision to buy the CX-5 in our own time. That was very much appreciated. Sam's treatment of us was one of the reasons we bought the CX-5. Experiences we had at other dealerships was less then stellar. All new cars get you from point A to point B in relative safety and comfort. All things being equal, you not only buy for the product, but you buy from people. Sam is good people. If you want a salesmen that will let you come to any decision on your own, who only helps you by answering your questions and will work with you not against you, See Sam Moun. More

I called Matt to see an Ford Ranger, and when I arrived he had the Ford Ranger, as well as a Chevrolet S10 waiting. It had low miles, better condition, and my kind of my style. I didn't even consider driving the Ford due to it not being ready to take home (since it was a recent trade in the service people have yet to check it over). I took the S10 out for a drive, and it was amazing! Upon returning to the dealership I had some questions. Every question I asked Matt was able to give me an answer, or at least find the answer for me. He was very enthusiastic, and put my needs first. Because of Matt, I will return for the top notch customer service again!! More
This was my first Mazda purchase, and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had buying a car. Matt was knowledgeable, patient, friendly (made me feel like one of his buddies), and went above and beyond best experiences I’ve had buying a car. When I first met Matt, I was just going in to checkout the new Mazda6. For the next few months after that, Matt would check in every once in a while to see how I was doing and if I had any questions. When I was ready to purchase, they did not have what I was looking for on the lot, so Matt searched through other dealers until he found exactly what I wanted. Matt worked hard to get me the best deal he could for my new car and my trade-in, even working after hours and on his days off to meet with me, answer all of my questions honestly and thoroughly, and get me fully acquainted with my new Mazda. Since the purchase, he has checked in with me a couple of times to see how I’m doing and how I’m liking my new car. Not only was Matt great to work with, but everyone else that I met was extremely friendly and helpful – I felt right at home there. I would definitely recommend Matt and O’Daniel to anyone looking for a car. Keep up the good work guys! More
