Purchased a new A-5 Cabriolet My 2013 A-5 was totalled on April 25. I contacted Dale the following week and sent him a "build from the Audi web site. In just a few days Dale loca My 2013 A-5 was totalled on April 25. I contacted Dale the following week and sent him a "build from the Audi web site. In just a few days Dale located a new A-5 for me still in port--and then O'Daniel was able to get the car re-routed to their dealership, saving me extra transport cost. Dale made the whole process very easy, and Melissa was a delight to work with on the paperwork. We drove eour new A-5 home on MAy 15! Now I can look forward to continuing to work witht he great O'Daniel service team that has taken care of my the past 7 years. More
