My salesperson at O'Daniel's Audi was Samantha Hall. She was knowledgeable about the product and understood what I wanted. She found a car that met all my criteria including the color. The car arrived and exceeded my expectations. Samantha explained all the features and patiently answered all my questions even though the dealership had closed on a Friday evening. We met for a requirements gathering then the sales tea Just purchased a new vehicle from this dealership and as always the service level was stellar. We met for a requirements gathering then the sales team set out to match my requirements. Geoff, worked super fast and found me an appropriate vehicle. Most of the documentation was completed via email as I'm over 2 hours away from the dealership and we set a date for delivery. Everything was organized and ready to go. Finance Manager did great even though he wasn't the regular person handling that department. Great Job to All! More
