This was definitely a 5 star experience for my husband and I. In my opinion the Audi sells itself, but the patience and extreme friendliness is what got us to sign the deal. We actually first went to the dealership at closing and ran into Dyan on her way out (other individuals as well). She took 10 minutes to give us her card, asked us a few questions and let us know that she could help us whenever we returned. No pressure, no fifty questions just two or three. When we went back she had already found a vehicle for us with just the few questions she had asked the night before. Amazing is all I can say! More

I had the best experience ever with this purchase. My sales rep John had high end car experience and that makes a huge difference. Having spent time buying cars for my doughters I have found that so many car dealers are bringing in the young sales reps that don’t know anything. It’s always let me ask the manager. At that point I usually walk. I know with the internet margins are lower, but these are large purchases. Trained seasoned professionals like John are worth the cost. More
