I was a bit skeptical at first - making such an expensive purchase over the phone, but Anwar made me feel very comfortable. He patiently answered all of my questions. He personally made a 5-minute videotape of the car for me. He applied no pressure!!! When I arrived in Fort Wayne to pick up the car, he followed through on everything he told me over the phone. There were no surprises! And there were a couple of follow-up items after my purchase ... and Anwar promptly followed up on them and kept me in the loop until they were satisfactorily addressed.
