It has been a refreshing experience to meet Jack and purchase our new 2021 Toyota Rav4. We have been to several other dealerships in the area that came nowhere close to how professional and competitive Jack and the team at Toyota in Oak Lawn was. Delivery was extremely fast given nationwide new car shortages. We felt the communication was the key incentive that helped us feel safe and well taken care of in Jack's hands.
