Long time customer of Oak Lawns service department for my vehicle. This oil change visit took 1.5 hours. With a scheduled appointment. Really? My time is just as valuable as the service departments.. They used to be very good and trustworthy. Not any more. Last 2 times I've taken my Camry in the had tipp take it right back because the original reason that I brought the car in was not resolved and then Last 2 times I've taken my Camry in the had tipp take it right back because the original reason that I brought the car in was not resolved and then they tell me it's another problem that will cost more money.
