Recall on my 2017 for a harness replacement I did have to stand in line in a busy check-in for about 10 mins,, but I got taken right at my scheduled 9AM appointment time. Entire staff in the service department is great from the moment they greet you though when they deliver your keys at the end. I am a Toyota guy because of this. I usually don't have trouble with this Toyota, but I brought my car in for service at the designated time and waited for a call with an update that didn't happen. I called a few hours later to learn the mechanic who was going to check it out had already left for the day. No one told me that scenario until I called to find out what the deal was. So my car was there overnight. I am disappointed at the miscommunication that left me without the transportation I rely on. More
