Mike Henery is the salesman that assisted me in my purchase of a 2010 Toyota Highlander Hybrid. He's very down to earth and helpful. He did not pressure me into purchasing. From the moment I sent a request regarding my interest in the car he was very responsive through emails and telephone calls. He answered all my questions in a timely manner. On a Wednesday, I made a down payment to hold the car until the upcoming Saturday and when I made it to the dealership the car was still there. Others were interested in the car but because I made a down payment, the dealership held my commitment. The 2010 Toyota Highlander Hybrid is everything I was looking for.
