I purchased a Certified 2010 Toyota Camry XLE with 26,000 miles about 5 months ago from Oak Lawn Toyota. I just brought my car to the Toyota dealership in Schererville, IN for it's first oil change at 30,000 miles about 5 months ago from Oak Lawn Toyota. I just brought my car to the Toyota dealership in Schererville, IN for it's first oil change at 30,000 miles. I was informed there that the oil pan and plug had been stripped. The last oil change according to records had been performed by Oak Lawn Toyota. When the Schererville Toyota and myself contacted Oak Lawn they were very rude. They placed us on hold for over 15 minutes. When we were finally able to speak to someone he acted as if it wasn't his problem and tried to blame Schererville. He said he would need the car brought to Oak Lawn. I told him I could have it towed, but that I would want to be reimbursed for the tow. I was told absolutely not that the tow would be my loss. I am extremely upset by the treatment I received. Thank God the Schererville dealership was helpful and they were eventually able to help me and my family. I will never deal with Oak Lawn Toyota again!! At the very least they could have been more sympathetic and acted like they gave a care that my wife and our two children were stranded due to their vehicle and botched oil change! More

So reasonable that it made economic sense for us to buy one way tickets to Oak Lawn to pick up the car and drive it back to Colorado. Our sales person, Jason Stoit, answered all our questions when conducting business over the phone, he emailed pictures of the car to us and he picked us at the airport. The dealings with the Finance Manager, Dave, went very smooth. We felt he was on our side when making decisions about the purchasing options. Also got the pleasure to visit with the owner of Oak Lawn Toyota. Very personable, made you feel like you were part of the family. More

My Dodge Caliber wasn't cutting it any more so I decided to check out the car I had previously owned.....the Rav4. We unknowingly arrived at the dealership just before closing time and were immedia decided to check out the car I had previously owned.....the Rav4. We unknowingly arrived at the dealership just before closing time and were immediately greeted by Bob Spee. After a sit down in his office it was out to lot where he showed us nearly every Rav4 they had and explained in detail the differences in each one. It wasn't long before we found the one we wanted and took it for a test drive. After some none pressure haggling we decided to purchase at a price we liked. Bob was incredibly friendly and informative throughout the whole process. He took the time to make sure we were getting the exact car we wanted. Which, on a Friday, after closing time says a lot about his professionalism and character. After a week of owning the Rav4 I am more than happy with the purchase and extremely thankful that we had the fortune of having Bob Spee as a sales associate. Anyone in the market for a new.........go to Oak Lawn Toyota and ask for Bob. You won't be disappointed!!!!!!! More

I am a recent graduate from college and I needed a car because my old one had given out. I had no co signer and I figured that I could not get a car in my own name because I have lots of student loans and because my old one had given out. I called up Jack and told him my situation. He told me not to worry he would help me get in a NEW car. He did just that! I drove off the lot with a black 2013 Toyota corolla! In addition before I committed to the sale, I really wanted to be shown the financials of the purchase and I was never offered that option. In addition, extras were thrown at me far into the sales process, like the rust proofing and gap coverage, and I think I would have liked more time to consider them or see how they affected my costs. I learned a lot. I would tell my friends that they need to do a lot of homework before they go to the dealer. More
