Hi Pamela, We just saw your negative reviews of Oak Lawn Toyota, and I wanted to reach out to you. According to our records, you serviced the vehicle first with Oak Lawn Toyota and then went on to go to other dealerships, twelve (12) other dealerships. Unforunately, we have found nothing seriously wrong with your vehicle. When you take your vehicle to other places, we have no idea what they do to service your vehicle, because they aren't our personal mechanics. Every time we checked your oil, it was full. There were a few normal wear and tear issues we found with the Camry, but they were all under the extended warranty, and you never had to pay anything for the problems. My service manager even payed for Toyota Spark Plugs that were installed incorrectly at another Toyota dealership during your 12 other visits. I couldn't find your 40 visits listed anywhere in your records. My used car manager and my general manager offered to purchase your Camry from you as a trade and you did not want to take that option. Please let me know how we can resolve this issue, because I want you to be 100% satisfied with your visit here at Oak Lawn Toyota. Unforunately, I cannot help you out with other visits you've experienced at other Toyota dealerships. Please call us as soon as possible to resolve your issues at 708-423-5200.
