I was out of town, in another state due to the death of a family member. I started to have car trouble to the point my car was almost inoperable. The check engine light was flashing and the car was shaking a family member. I started to have car trouble to the point my car was almost inoperable. The check engine light was flashing and the car was shaking a lot when running. I knew I wouldn't be able to do anything done while in town, without my car. I called on a Thursday to make an appointment and was told the soonest available appointment was the next Monday. I explained my issue and asked if they had rental cars available. After being placed on hold for a couple of minutes I was told Frank, the service technician said they would get me in that day! I went there and spoke with Frank. He was very kind, and said they'd figure out the issue and get me back on the road. I was grateful to hear that because I was 300 miles from home and had no idea how I'd get back, or how I could even get to the funeral. Within 2 hours my vehicle was fixed and I was back on the road. The technician replaced 2 ignition coils and the car has been running great. I feel confident I'll make it home without additional car trouble. More
