I have never had such fast service as I did on April 26. My 7 month old 2021 Rav4 did not start. I contacted the service center around 7:10 am and by 8:30 my car was being towed to the dealership. By 1 My 7 month old 2021 Rav4 did not start. I contacted the service center around 7:10 am and by 8:30 my car was being towed to the dealership. By 11:00 it was ready to be picked up. Excellent service and time was taken to explain the problem to me and answer my questions. More

I arrived early for my service appointment. The vehicle wasnt taken in until my appointment time. However, service was prompt once the started working. The service person was less than personable. My st wasnt taken in until my appointment time. However, service was prompt once the started working. The service person was less than personable. My steering wheel was left dirty from handling. The service dept was very friendly & courteous. I was taken care of in a timely fashion , however when I got home found out they only fixed one side of the car . I had clips missing from both sides of my taken care of in a timely fashion , however when I got home found out they only fixed one side of the car . I had clips missing from both sides of my cars body in front & I forgot to check to see if both sides were fastened together in the front end of the car but one side wasn’t done so it’s still needs to be done other than that the service was good . I m mad at myself for not checking . Thank you More
