I don’t believe I received complete service for my car. I brought it in because the brake pedal was depressing into the floor of my car and my car would continue to move, unless I double pumped to stop an I brought it in because the brake pedal was depressing into the floor of my car and my car would continue to move, unless I double pumped to stop any motion. It was recommended that I bring the car in for brake fluid replacement. This along with other maintenance issues totaled over $800 dollars. Why then am I having the same problem with my brake pedal? Was the car test driven to make certain all was well? I don’t believe so, otherwise it would have been obvious that the brake pedal was not adjusted, and excess air was removed from the brakes. I left a message for Lauren on Saturday and am still awaiting a return call. Maybe she was off on Saturday 🤷🏽‍♀️ More
