I requested a routine oil change plus tire rotation and alignment. Part of this was my fault as I didn't talk to a human but an automated service request. I received no reminders of the date and time and out of concern I called to confirm my appointment. Upon arrived 15 minutes before my time. After checking in I was told that the alignment would take an hour and that my total service time would be 2 hours. I asked about a loaner and was told that that service was no longer provided. I had my 102 year old father with me because I can't leave him at home alone. I was shocked that the loaner was no longer available. I had no other alternative but to wait it out sooooo. After waiting the allotted time I walked around to the check out desk and saw my car sitting in the drive through area and I asked if I could check out. The individual said he was waiting for another car to be moved before I could have my car. I am sure I looked distress so he checked me out. I don't think I can come back to oats. I am a wife who has a husband suffering from Dementia and a care taker of my father. I don't have hours to sit on a car dealership watching TV. I will have to find another place which is user friendly. More

4 weeks and no word on my title for 2026 Sorento. I have called, come in person, called, left messages and NOTHING. No tracking. No updates except "we'll check and get back to you". I had to come in person to get a settlement check for an issue, carfax, paperwork copies previously after the run around for 2 weeks. That's 30 of my 60 day temp tag GONE. I need time to get this into the DMV and don't have the luxury to camp out at the DMV if it's last minute. Also bought a 2018 wrangler and still waiting on the title and aux battery replacement reimbursement going on 3 weeks. Went in AGAIN in person for answers... and still waiting. I bought another vehicle same day from another dealership as the wrangler and got the title in 2 weeks no problem. DO NOT HAVE THEM UPS the title. It's a guessing game. Test drive and making the deal was fine, but follow up after you sign the contract has been atrocious. WHERE ARE MY TITLES AND BATTERY REPLACEMENT CHECK!!!!?!?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!??! More
