Everything was great until I picked up my Jeep the night after purchasing it. My Bluetooth wouldn't connect to my car and a message popped up on the vehicle screen saying "Vehicle phone requires service. Co after purchasing it. I told the service department this at Oakes and they told me to bring it in. I live in Topeka and I drove an hour just to spend two minutes there and have the same service department tell me I have to take it to a Jeep dealer to fix. I purchased the intellicare warranty service and was told everything on the vehicle would be covered. When I contacted intellicare about taking the vehicle to Jeep for service message I was told that was one of the few "additional items" that was not covered. So now I have to spend money out of pocket for a vehicle Ive had only a day after purchasing a warranty I thought would cover everything. Just frustrating but the initial service was good. More

The finance person was incredibly pushy (I have been in fully commissioned sales for 20+ years) and was demonstrably fussy when I declined additional warranty purchases. He also made multiple mistakes with our paperwork, changed our purchase price after we left the dealership, and we ended up having to do our paperwork electronically for a second time, 3 days after I left the dealership. The facility itself is new and nice, conveniently located, and Justin rescued the experience for us. More
