Took my car in for an oil change asking them to also take vehicle for a test drive to see if they thought acceleration was normal vs skipping. They said they didn't have time, had my car an entire day, and would have charged me extra for a test drive. Also, I need new tires and they didn't even take the time to mention it, discuss their pricing, etc. Definitely not like the old Olathe Kia customer service. More
