Did nearly 10 hard pulls on my credit without consulting with me. Sold me a vehicle without actually securing financing. Traded in a vehicle, and they told me to cancel auto pay becuase I do not own the veh with me. Sold me a vehicle without actually securing financing. Traded in a vehicle, and they told me to cancel auto pay becuase I do not own the vehicle any longer, and I get hit with a late payment on my credit report, that will stay for 7 years. Dealer is clean, all staff welcomes you upon arrival. They have a lounge to sit and wait while they get all of your things together. My sisters and I were accommodated by Robert Lara Jr, he is the best. They have a lounge to sit and wait while they get all of your things together. My sisters and I were accommodated by Robert Lara Jr, he is the best. Says everything how is and doesn’t give you the run around as most dealers do. Very honest person. I also like how they hand you the registration and plate on the spot, no need to wait for the dmv. All issues I did have were resolved quickly and in a timely manner. Will be going back :) More
