Car Cadillac the service provide by Barbara was awesome. She is excellent. I have a problem with the service - I bought a precertified Cadillac with a smell so ba the service provide by Barbara was awesome. She is excellent. I have a problem with the service - I bought a precertified Cadillac with a smell so bad but I bought as they promise me they will take care of the problem. In deed they DID NOT. the A/C filter that they sweared that they changed was not changed. The smell was still there and I took it to another shop and they removed the a/c filter, they cleaned. I had it specially cleaned and the smell is still there. The Dealership paid for this services. But the smell persist despite trying many other smell removal. The car is still smelling. Then this visit they took care of the car right away the same day, they gave me a loaner which I am grateful as I got to work on time and I returned the car the same day. But the next day in day light I found a scratch in the drivers passenger door that was not there when I left the car to them. The dealership is convenient for my car service. Ocean Cadillac has been wonderful, since the first moment we walked in, and still 6 months into our new car lease. - Everyone is friendly and helpf Ocean Cadillac has been wonderful, since the first moment we walked in, and still 6 months into our new car lease. - Everyone is friendly and helpful, there was no sales pressure when we came in to look. - They gave us a better deal than the other Cadillac dealer we had visited, and were much friendlier! - Our salesman Luis was wonderful from the beginning, and took a lot of time to explain and show us everything. Anytime we have any questions, Luis is always happy to help! - They offer free carwashes anytime and as often as we want. - Every time we stop by for a car wash, we are welcomed so warmly. The worst place. And liars!!! Stay away from this dealership they have the worst service department I have had a rear speaker issue for over a year and they have replaced it 2 time Stay away from this dealership they have the worst service department I have had a rear speaker issue for over a year and they have replaced it 2 times and still vibrates there solutions was to put padding in the rear “SAY WHAT’ !!!???? $72K car and what to place padding DUH and it is still not repaired so can you imagine if it was a transmission or engine issue they will probably add padding to that also the mechanics can not even repair a speaker. So I called the GM corporate office they said take it to a different dealership Yea OK that was they suggested. They also called the dealership and they said it was fixed so on top of being incompetent add ‘LIARS’ to there resume I will never step foot at this dealership again except when I return the car when my lease is finished thank god that’s in 3 months ( hope they do not put padding in me) I will drop it off and with the malfunctioning speaker good luck to the next person who may get this car. SO STAY AWAY FROM THESES IDIOTS !!! More
