This is my third Cadillac, and it would have been my last if it wasn't for Sales Specialist Mr. Delon Phoenix. He renewed my confidence with Ocean Cadillac. His professionalism and concern for what I neede if it wasn't for Sales Specialist Mr. Delon Phoenix. He renewed my confidence with Ocean Cadillac. His professionalism and concern for what I needed as a customer was the nudge needed to close the deal. After being told what couldn't happen by another associate Mr. Phoenix showed that he could, and he did. I really appreciate Mr. Phoenix, and the the "no nonsense" realistic approach by Finance Specialist Manager Michael Kelley. Hope they both are there when it's time for Cadillac number 4. More

Knew I had to have service preformed on the XT6, and normally I’m squeezed for time. They indicated that if I bring it in, they will get me done and out quickly, they did just that.
