Horrible customer service. No one ever followed up with me. Took 4 months to get my bumper repaired and when I got the car back it was not completed as promised. Agents never pick the phone up. Just an overall terrible, terrible experience will never buy from the Steeler again! More

Leticia is a great dealer, patience and understanding is superb. I wish however the other dealers could be more like her as well as other parts of the Cadillac enterprise could be more like her.
