After 3 attempts to contact him, I replaced the items with an Amazon purchase. I guess he's hiding from me since the deal is done. He also flaked on the gas he said he'd put in the truck. If he'd only called to say, sorry, can't find them and couldn't get the okay for the gas or some other excuse, I likely would have given 4 stars but it kind of sucks to be disregarded, especially after spending this kind of money. At any rate, I paid too much for a truck with high miles, but I think I'm happy with it anyway, it's a little early to tell. More

She heard my wants, she learned what cars would not only fit my budget but also have the features and style that would best suite me. I’m pregnant with my first child and was trading in a small two door for something more accommodating for the years to come, the VW Taos 2022. We settled on a fair trade price, and I got the new vehicle for a good price as well. I never felt pressured or taken advantage of. Lauren made sure that I loved a vehicle before we ever had any discussions on if it would be something I’m interested in, she wasn’t just trying to push anything on me to make a sale and to me THAT is how you build lifelong clientele. While she didn’t put pressure on me, she did continue to seek out vehicles and make suggestions to me to see if one of them would fit my budget and interest me, I really felt that she cared about finding the right car for me and my family.
