The finance department is shady! They slipped warranties and such into the contract that were not discussed with us verbally. I had no idea they were being added or I would've stepped up as we didn't want them. I also don't like that everything is done electronically and had to share a computer screen and keyboard with the financial person. I personally wasn't going on the loan so it was not shared with me. They also upped the vehicle price when the financing didn't go through with our pre-approved lender. To get the deal done we had to use one of their lenders which makes total sense now why our lender wouldn't go for the deal. Using their lender we ended up paying $2k more than list price + give money down. We were also told all the paperwork would be emailed to us and would not get paper copies that day. To this day, 5 days after the transaction, we still haven't received the contract via email. I found out about the added warranties and price hike when their lender reached out to us via email to set up autopay. Needless to say, we will not be a repeat customers and will not be recommending this dealership to anyone we know! We will also seek all maintenance services elsewhere. More
First, not sure why I received this survey. I never had any work done. I visited the service center two time recently, once to make the appointment and the other to cancel the appointment. In both interactions no one greeted me or acknowledge I was standing there. In both cases I had to approach the rep and ask for help. In both interaction the rep wasn't rude and curt, just indifferent. More

Personnel was friendly but my issue was not repaired again. This the second service on the same issue. 21 Atlas 22k. The original issue was a shimmy, rattle, & shake in the front end when riding over a again. This the second service on the same issue. 21 Atlas 22k. The original issue was a shimmy, rattle, & shake in the front end when riding over a bump or turning. In the first attempt to repair there was a new issue of the front end rattling In a different way as if a metal on metal sounding as if the front end was going to fall off. The original issue wasn’t repaired either. Within driving 5 miles it was easily noticed. The SUV was returned for the repair. I was told they found a rock in a knuckle that was causing the second issue that only existed after they tried to repair the first issue. The other issue was supposedly repaired but I was not given any paperwork or a diagnosis on the issue. I was told if it still had the issue I might want to try a different VW Service department. I was assured the SUV was safe to drive. The shimmy and shake was NOT repaired. It’s still there. I am extremely unsatisfied with OKC VW. Hopefully another VW service dept can help. More
