*update I changed this to a 2 star review because I picked up the car the next day On the way home from driving it off the lot a “check tire sensor” light came on. Then we realized the radio had a short in it and randomly turns off. Once home he goes to lock it and surprise the key phob doesnt work so every time you use the key to lock or unlock the car the alarm goes off. So to lock the door you have to lock it then the alarm goes off you have to unlock it turn on the car to turn off the alarm and then try again until it locks without the alarm. How do you sale a car and not know this is an issue they had to of know. I took it back to the dealership the next morning and spoke with the sales manager. I was told the keys and radio are Chevy issues and they won’t fix it but they would look into fixing the tire sensors and he would call me. He never called me back so 5 days later today I called Lauren who looked into it for me and called me back to let me know they will not fix any of it. However, with all her sweetness she offer to pay some cost out of her pocket.. which I would never let her do!! This is very frustrating and disappointing as I made it very clear that I wanted a safe vehicle for my son when speaking with the sales manager. I even agreed to take care of the key issue and radio myself even though I don’t feel like that should be my responsibility if they would just fix the issues with the tire pressure monitor because I feel like it not working is a safety issue. Moral of the story don’t buy a non Volkswagen vehicle from this company because they are not honest and apparently their service department’s abilities are limited to Volkswagen. At this point I wouldn’t recommend buying any used car from them. Also, make sure you check everything even the locks on cars because they aren’t honest enough to make sure those work!!
