Waited an hour which was fine for the oil change, but then they came to me with some other work that needed to be done, which again is fine, but wish they would of told me a little earlier so I could of then they came to me with some other work that needed to be done, which again is fine, but wish they would of told me a little earlier so I could of taken the shuttle to work. Told me it would be another hour, so I went to work. 2 1/2 hours later I called and it still was not done, I thought I would have my car back by lunch. So after missing lunch and them finally sending a car so I could get mine was 5 hours. More

Service was great. However the car was delivered completely wet with pieces of dead grass stuck on the car from wash. Was absolutely shocked.
