Thank you very much for your response and I apologize that I missed your call. I need to publicly apologize to your dealership. I thought that we were not provided our previous license tag, but I was wrong. Whether it was provided or I took it off while in the process of the exchange, we have the tag. You completely met my expectation concerning this trade and the mistake was only on my part! If I could change my rating to 5 of 5, I would do that ASAP, but again would like to apologize to the team at OKC VW. They did and have continued to do a fantastic job!
