Kayla, did well to respond but the information was technically ill-equipped. It would be most helpful to have the technician review results with customers. Asking a simple clarifying question turns into a three-day appointment because of the back and forth between the office and technician. Alongside unsatisfactory customer service, a broad statement of work was issued but the signed work order was vague, lacking cost line items. I regret bringing my vehicle by for such an exploratory issue because it left me vulnerable to being taken advantage of. More
