Disappointed. Was never given a time estimate for oil change. Looked up and saw my car had been sitting out front for awhile. Then was given a remark of how long it usually takes but nobody bothered to tell me that when I dropped my car off. Nobody said anything when I pulled up the service drive. No windshield wiper fluid put in vehicle. I hardly write reviews but this wasn’t a good experience compared to others I’ve had there. More

I did not hear from the dealership until 3 pm the next day. They told me that the technician had not yet gotten to my car and it would be another day. Very inconvenient for me.
