My experience with Kayla was excellent. My only complaint is that when I left my car at the dealership to be diagnosed, I was led to believe it would happen either that afternoon or worst c My only complaint is that when I left my car at the dealership to be diagnosed, I was led to believe it would happen either that afternoon or worst case the next day. I did not hear from the dealership until 3 pm the next day. They told me that the technician had not yet gotten to my car and it would be another day. Very inconvenient for me. They were great ordering my new seat cover then never called me when they came in. I finally called and they had my car for two days . Texted me and said it was done didn’t off to come and get me. I c called me when they came in. I finally called and they had my car for two days . Texted me and said it was done didn’t off to come and get me. I called and texted , but nobody would answer me. Finally had to get my Son to take off work to bring me down. Very poor service and a lot of people standing around. More

Mike is very knowledgeable, easy to talk with, not high pressure, and worked with us to understand the features of our used car (a Toyota Prius). As expected, the financial guy tried to sell us an extende pressure, and worked with us to understand the features of our used car (a Toyota Prius).
