My appointment was at 7:15 am on Monday and it was not checked out until the next day. No one called to let us know that our car would not be looked at that day. My husband had to make several calls to checked out until the next day. No one called to let us know that our car would not be looked at that day. My husband had to make several calls to get the scoop. That was unacceptable and I do not want to have that happen again. My air conditioner is working well now-thank God!!! I will come again for service, probably tires next. I also need to order a part to cover my rear hatch. More

I have purchased four vehicles from Mike in the past 4 1/2 years.
