I cannot say enough about Jared who has been working on a frustrating issue with my Dodge 2500. He stays on it and continues to track repair parts. From the moment I stepped on the dealership lot, Claudia was upbeat, happy and EXTREMELY helpful with the entire process of purchasing/leasing a new car. In past experiences with purchasing/leasing a new car, I've always felt pushed/manipulated to go down the path that was the "best option" or overall "best for me" when in reality, it was just the best option or best for the salesperson/dealership but, NOT with Claudia. Yes, Claudia would whisper to me as she walked by while I was looking over the numbers/options "just do it", "you know you want to" or "all you have to do is sign it" but, she always did it with a smile and a little laugh because she could see how happy I was talking about the vehicle and driving it. Before I signed the papers she made sure that I knew that it was my decision and if I didn't think it was best for me that she wasn't trying to pressure me into a deal if I didn't feel like I was going to benefit from it as well. I never felt pushed, pressured or manipulated by Claudia in any way, shape or form, in fact, her walking by and whispering those things to me before signing papers helped to make me feel like I was not being rushed or pressured into making a decision, it actually helped me feel relaxed and totally in control and it helped build a solid relationship between Claudia and I and helped to close that gap between buyer and seller. I purchased a used vehicle from them recently and did not know there was a pleasant way to go through all the details but, there IS. First of all, my salesman, Ronnie Dunn, was extremely kind and attentive to my questions and concerns. He made me aware of all the necessary facts and figures about the vehicle and also set me up with a hassle-free test drive, without having to even ask. He was super kind and professional the whole time I was there (all 3 times). The Manager of the Used Car Ops is named Les Chambers. He was super friendly and came out from the huge Operations platform to personally greet me after speaking by phone. Very classy. I also appreciated that they addressed a couple itemsd I mentioned and then washed and dried the truck before I drove it off the lot. Every employee I encountered at this dealership was kind and had a smile on. My financial consultant, Daryl Posey was super pleasant and knowledgeable and had me fully informed and up to date so I could simply sign and drive after the handshake. He was so easy to talk with and I enjoyed his personal concern for my understanding all the details of the paperwork. By the way, when I first met Mr. Posey, I thought his name seemed familiar and then I realized he was an awesome Kansas City Chiefs running back!
