If I could give them a ZERO here on this site instead of a 1, I would! I went to this dealer with every intention of buying a new 2022 Ram 1500 Limited. I was met by a salescrook named Mike. My trade- a 1, I would! I went to this dealer with every intention of buying a new 2022 Ram 1500 Limited. I was met by a salescrook named Mike. My trade-in vehicle was a 2020 Escalade ESV Premium Luxury. The "good" condition (my vehicle was actually "excellent" category in appearance) NADA trade value on my Escalade is between $69k to $74k regarding it's value. Mike the salescrook low-balled my trade-in to a ridiculous & insulting $60k, not to mention, he wanted the $75k FULL RETAIL for their Ram truck. It just goes to show the mindset of these thieving low life car salescrooks. It's EXACTLY why the general public HATES car dealers like the thieving salescrooks at Olathe Ram. I tore up his quote sheet right in front of him & walked out. I went straight to Mercedes Benz of Kansas City & purchased a brand new much nicer Mercedes GLS instead for much more money. My advice to ANYONE looking for a vehicle is DON'T GO TO OLATHA RAM,JEEP, DODGE. THEY ARE TOTALLY DISHONEST. More
