Had a slight oil leak and a check engine light on my 2017 Ram 1500. Dropped by the service department where they checked the code. Fortunately it was minor and they cleared it. I bought a new 2022 plug in hybrid Pacifica. I am now on my 5th visit to fix problems with my vehicle. It has wasted over 20 actual hours of my time. The service manager Jake is sure quick to message me when I leave a "1" rating but never around while I am at the dealership. I have complained to Chrysler and am fed up with the company and dealership. Once they make the sale you as a customer do not exist. I regret ever making this purchase. I expected better. Jacob the Service Manager talked to me after this review. He clarified what they were doing about my issues. I have upgraded my rating and I will see what is accomplished in the coming days. More
