At 8:00 pm was pulling in my driveway with a brand new 2019 charger. Easiest fastest pleasant experience ever had buying a car. Karl knew what every button would do on this car - most give you a quick overview but he took the time. Even synced my phone to car for me. Financing was quick and easy as well. Which is usually painful. Hope this one lasts me another 11 years! More

As soon as I pulled up, Nugene approached us and demonstrated a desire to both listen and ensure that I found what I was looking for and, more importantly, a willingness to work with me on price. Not only did he help me find exactly what I was looking for, but he and the team behind him worked with us to negotiate both a price and trade in that was satisfactory to me and met my requirements. They allowed me to test drive the car for the weekend and really be sure it was going to suit the needs of my family and I. When I brought the car back on Monday and had financing already worked out (because I didn't think that they could beat it), the Finance Manager worked out better financing that I had already secured. Both he and the entire team at Olathe Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram made me feel comfortable through the whole experience and demonstated a dedication to ensuring a positive customer experience.
